When you book, Deb reserves that time exclusively for you, and because she reviews your intake form and test results in advance, preparation begins before your appointment. Late cancellations mean that time cannot be offered to someone else.
More than 24 hours' notice, no charge
Cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice and you will receive a full refund, or you can move your appointment to another available time at no cost.
Less than 24 hours' notice, 50% fee
Cancellations or reschedules inside 24 hours are charged at 50% of the consultation fee. The remaining 50% is refunded.
Non-attendance, full fee
If you do not attend and have not been in contact, the full consultation fee is retained.
For telehealth appointments, Deb will wait 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you have not joined by then and have not made contact, the appointment is treated as a non-attendance.
We understand that sudden illness, family emergencies, bereavement and accidents happen.
If something unavoidable prevents you from attending, please contact Deb as soon as you're able. These situations are considered individually and with discretion, and the fees above may be waived or reduced.
Please don't attend an appointment while unwell out of concern about a fee, contact us instead.
If Deb needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered the next available time at no cost, or a full refund if you prefer. No fee applies.

The notice period is calculated from the time your message is received.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Prescribed remedies and arranged testing are separate from consultation fees.
Once remedies have been dispensed or testing has been arranged with the provider, those costs cannot be refunded. Deb will confirm costs with you before anything is ordered.
