These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by Deb Smith Naturopathy. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Deb Smith provides naturopathy, clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. These are complementary therapies intended to support your health and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. Please read our Health Disclaimer.

Appointments and fees

Current fees are $175 for an initial consultation (60 minutes) and $125 for a follow-up consultation (40 minutes). Herbal medicines, supplements and pathology, where recommended, are additional and billed separately. Fees are reviewed from time to time and the current fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling

Appointments are booked through our online booking system. Initial appointments are scheduled at least 48 hours ahead so your intake and results can be reviewed in advance. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with more than 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment incur 50% of the consultation fee; cancellations within 24 hours, and missed appointments, incur the full consultation fee. To cancel or reschedule, reply to your confirmation email or contact deb@debsmithnaturopathy.com.au. Genuine emergencies are always treated with understanding — just get in touch.

Telehealth

Telehealth consultations are available Australia-wide. You are responsible for a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection. If a session cannot proceed due to technical issues, we will work with you to reschedule.

Payment

Payment arrangements are confirmed at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

To keep your care safe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including all medications and supplements you take, and to tell us promptly of any changes. You remain under the care of your GP and should not stop any prescribed medication without medical advice.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by Deb Smith Naturopathy and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deb Smith Naturopathy is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information provided on it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page.
