We collect information directly from you, through our website forms, by email, over the phone and during consultations. Where you upload test results, these are received through a secure form. We only collect what is reasonably necessary to provide your care.

Your information is used to assess your health, prepare and review treatment plans, prescribe and dispense practitioner-only medicines safely, check for interactions with your current medications, communicate with you, and keep accurate clinical records as required by our professional obligations.

We will not disclose your health information without your consent, except where required or authorised by law, or where there is a serious threat to life, health or safety. With your consent, we may share relevant information with a pathology provider or your GP to support your care.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we store records securely. Health records are retained for the period required under applicable law and professional standards, after which they are securely destroyed or de-identified.
